- Ensure the continuing airworthiness of the fleet in accordance with EASA Part-CAMO requirements
- Manage and optimize Aircraft Maintenance Programs and maintenance planning activities
- Evaluate and implement airworthiness requirements, including Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and engineering changes (STC, MiC)
- Maintain aircraft configuration control and the integrity of technical records
- Act as the technical focal point between CAMO, maintenance organizations, flight operations, and aviation authorities
- Support compliance, audits, and continuous improvement while providing technical guidance on complex maintenance matters
- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering or a related technical discipline, or a valid EASA Part-66 B1.3 and/or B2 license with relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in Continuing Airworthiness (Part-CAMO) and/or Part-145 helicopter maintenance, with a solid understanding of EASA regulations
- Strong technical knowledge of helicopter systems; experience with Airbus Helicopters (H135, H145, AS350) is preferred, while experience with Bell 206/407 or AW109 aircraft is considered an asset
- Experience in managing Aircraft Maintenance Programmes (AMP), Airworthiness Directives (AD), Service Bulletins (SB), Modifications (ICA`s of STC, MiC), and aircraft configuration and airworthiness management
- Proficiency in LTB400 or a comparable aviation maintenance management system, with confidence in working with technical documentation and records
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
